I have been teaching AromaTouch in Australia since first taught by Dr
Hill during first OZ Corporate Tour in December 2009. Have been taught
many times by Dr Hill since. Including October 19th 2011 prior to
Convention.
I am an Australian Governemnt Certified Cert 4 Training and Assessment
Teacher with over 20 years teaching experience including massage and
cooking and patisserie would you believe.
The demand is increasing here in Australia for Client Consultation Form
and to a lesser extent for a Medical Indemnity Form.
I have been developing both forms from previous teaching experience with
TG Essential oils.
I am attaching the Medical Indemnity form which is for Australian
conditions and can be adapted to suit US requirements.
This form also suits stuent practitioners and the wording can be changed
to suit.
The client consultation form is work in progress. I could share if any
of you (AromaTouch Professional Practitioners) want me to forward it to
you directly.
