[Everything doTERRA] Re: nasal congestion

After trying breathe, OnGuard and Rosemary unsuccesfully, I've had
great success with peppermint. I put a drop on my finger and stick my
finger on the roof of my mouth near the back (as close to my throat as
I can without a gag reflex) on one side of the bone that runs down the
middle and hold for a good 30 seconds. Then repeat on the other
side. I can feel each side open up as the peppermint goes straight to
the sinuses and the effect seems to last several hours.
