suggested by someone above, but also Deep Blue directly where it
hurts. I have both Fibromyalgia and Ehlers-Danlos, so every joint is
hyperextensive, from fingers to back to knees etc. So far this isn't
causing specific arthritic events for me; but pain everywhere -- I
also find that Balance helps with just being more secure in my body
(going down stairs for instance is always wobbly...)
I'm going to look into the lemon grass bc when I've used it as a bug
repellant in the warmth of Mexico I find I also have a lot of relief
from my general aches... and can stand a lot more stairs...
