[Everything doTERRA] Re: getting pregnant

This is what I tell everyone with fertility issues... I just posted
this on the PCOS post yesterday.

This is a non oil solution to your problem as I didn't know about the
oils when I treated my PCOS, but have you switched your diet to all
whole foods/organic? There are a lot of things in the standard
american diet (SAD) that mimic hormones like pesticides, hormones in
our meat, chemicals we put on our body, soy, etc. that cause hormone
imbalances.
I had PCOS very badly and endometreosis. I was told I could not get
pregnant unless I lost serious weight and did a medical weight loss
program, took metformin, a weight loss drug, and something else that
was bad for you. I chose to switch to a whole food diet, (Which I
have
taken to the more extreme "traditional" eating ways), and within a
year my PCOS had resolved and we are now almost done with our second
pregnancy. These are some of my favorite websites for nutritional
information, food really does help with healing. http://nourishedkitchen.com/

For the acne I switched to the "oil cleansing method" of skin care,
which works wonders. I was using Melaleuca in my OCM solution for the
acne but now that it is gone I use geranium or lavender. Love it!

If you are eating "normal" food you will probably go through a bit of
a detox. Since you are nursing you want that to go as slowly as you
can so the toxins dont dump into your milk. Drink lots of water to
flush the body constantly of the waste products. I have found the
best
ways to help detox while bfing/pregnant that are safe and wont hurt
baby are oil pulling and dry skin brushing. I dry skin brush every
morning before I shower (Yeah easier said than done with a new born I
know!) and oil pull in the morning, after I wake up I pop some oil in
my mouth and add 1 drop lemon 1 drop on guard and swish while I am
going to the bathroom/in the shower as that is my only quiet time all
day.
I hope that helps. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
Good luck with the new llittle one and getting rid of those nasty
PCOS
symptoms.
