paper documenting answers to the questions I had. I believe I am more
prepared to address questions that may be brought to me by others. My
goal is not to compete with other companies or revel in negativity but
to educate and inform others who may have genuine concerns and
questions. People by nature will always compare one product to another
to discover which is the best. It's part of human nature. While we
don't need to put others down I think it's important to understand the
differences doTERRA has with the other companies so if someone else
wants to understand those differences we can oblige in as tactful and
humble way as possible. I find that if someone skips over my questions
and doesn't answer them I am turned off and don't take them or their
product as seriously. I become suspicious because if the answer is one
that supports their cause why wouldn't they just give it rather than
skirt around it? Some people need more information than testimonials
offer and I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to know
the hard facts in addition to an emotional appeal. There's nothing
wrong with testimonials, I think they are powerful, I just happen to
know they aren't always enough for everyone. I think it's important to
provide answers when possible and when it isn't possible to explain
why and show a sincere desire to take someone's questions seriously
and do as much as reasonable to help them find answers. That is how we
foster good positive feelings. That is how we educate and inform and
teach. That is how we show people we have their best interests in mind
and are really thinking about them. Criticizing or chastising people
for being inquisitive and wanting further understanding drives people
away. Thank you to all of those who provided useful answers and
helping me on this journey toward a higher understanding of the
greatness that doTERRA offers. I am committed to making my journey
with doTERRA the best it can be.
