Please pardon my ignorance because I am still new. I just got my Lotus diffuser this afternoon and I'm so excited! It's beautiful and I lam excited about the potential health benefits! My dumb question is this... If one of the aroma-therapies I'd planned to use this for was the Breathe blend during the nighttime to help with hubby's snoring, will just one hour be enough for the whole night, or should I have purchased the mother diffuser (the big hospital-grade-looking machine) to go all night?
