I have increased my usage of frankincense to 6-8 drops under my tongue morning and evening. In my opinion and experience, meds can make you so you are not hungry. The trigeminal nerve point is on the big toe about half way up next to the second toe. Another concern is the proper amount of liquid to keep hydrated is very important, non-carbonated and non-caffinated. Usung the aromtouch oil topically several times daily along with frankincense might help.
Thank you for the gluten free information, I was not aware of that.
Also my massage therapist suggested cranio sacral therapy to help the vegas nerve. And I have started going to a nucca chiropractor for my neck.
Just last week started using basil on my neck at night, almost instantly the muscles relaxed and my pain level dropped sugnificantly. I've started having neck strain from my computer job.
I am willing to talk to her if needed.
