[Everything doTERRA] i need help - does anyone have this info I need to give to nursing home

I have contacted product support but they are not getting back to me and the nursing home needs the following information Hoping someone knows!!

I just spoke with our plant services manager and he informed me that we are unable to use the diffuser that you have loaned us. All electrical devices must be UL listed for safety and this diffuser does not have a UL sticker or documentation stating such. If it is indeed UL listed, please provide us with the appropriate documentation otherwise we will unfortunately be unable to use it in our faci
