I just have to say the people at EoE books are excellent. I am so sorry to hear about your frustration, but I am so happy to hear Ellen jump in there to help solve it! They really are great people with great integrity. I just have to say they do a fantastic job. So, don't let anyone keep you from ordering this wonderful book from these wonderful people.
