The LLV is the great balance in the body creator...2 of each one 2x a day...with food ! The PB, it depends on what you are wanting to accomplish...I take one every night...I also would look at TERRAzymes, our digestive enzyme, I take 1 every time I eat and will until I die...I have a whole hour class in digestion and assimilation...enzymes are the KEY to all functions in the body...we are eating and pooping machines...but we do not chew our food, we do not all raw, and we eat way to much coked food, the body fights like mad to process this mess...so it steals pancreatic enzymes to do t his job...this is part of the reason we have so much type 2 diabetes...out pancreas is worn to a frazzle...add the enzymes too !!! I ask people to commit to these 3 products for 3 months, if nothing changes I give their money back...so far no $$ out of my pocket.
