I recently had a bout of something joint/muscular with my hip and wonder if the oils that REALLY helped would help with plantar fasciitius, too. I've experienced plantar problems and I think they would. Layer white fir, lemongrass, marjoram, and wintergreen. Other than a bit of an itchy rash from lemongrass (I believe), it was magic! Really helped alleviate the pain.=, thanks to one of our team who works with a lot of athletes.

I use lemongrass during the day and clary sage at night. Clary sage helps me to sleep better, too. I've had amazing results doing this. It's also important to get the right shoes for your feet -- which doesn't mean un-stylish shoes.
