This is the information I've collected on bone spurs:
It may seem a bit complicated but if it can prevent surgery it will be worth it.
-- Apply 1-2 drops of Rosemary Oil for pain.
Apply blend (three listed below) to affected area BID (twice daily) until spur is gone, continue thereafter for 2 weeks.
Speed results by wrapping with a warm cloth after oils are applied and then wrapping this with a plastic bag & additional towel to keep heat in.
Reported results took 2 weeks to 3 months.
