Make sure when you put the oils on
the feet you concentrate on the tips of the toes as that is
the location that correlates with the sinuses. Also at
convention I leaned of a long term support for allergies.
Place a drop of patchouli in the notch of the neck, 
rub in and then tap the thymus (right above the notch) for
10 seconds. My son and I did this every day for months
before spring. We stopped in the spring because we didn't
have any seasonal discomfort. We will start doing it again
this fall.
