It is not bad to blend if you understand the frequency of the oils you are working with. Putting together the oils that do not blend well can change the constituency of the oils. As I was reading this, I wondered about the combination she's mixed together. I'm sure they're great oils for her foot but I'm reminded of Pat's comment somewhere on here talking about the benefit of layering vs blending, if you don't understand "blending".
It's not BAD to blend, correct? What IS the reason for not blending if you don't have some knowledge in blending to know how to do it correctly? Is the outcome just not as beneficial as you might get from layering if you combined oils that weren't such a good mixture?
