I agree with the helichrysum and Frankie and patchuly. I take these internally, just a couple drops every day.  They will follow the natural path of waist which will pass though the kidneys. The Frankie and helichrysum is also can also help with scar tissue.   Also consider cedar wood, Frankie, and juniper put on topically over the kidneys, layered twice daily, they have an affinity with the kidneys, and are valuable for their tonic effect on these organs, for kidney infections such as pyelitis and nephritis, Frankie an juniper berry Essential oils have a profound effect on the kidneys, because the oils circulate in the bloodstream, and all the blood in the body passes through the kidneys twice in each hour.

I am a 23 y/o male that suffered the effects of Ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction for 4 years before it was diagnosed and operated on. Before the diagnosis it was diagnosed by 3 different doctors to be back pain and was fed pain killers aswell as valium to help deal with this. I am now left with 78% function in my left kidney and 13% in my right kidney. I was told i have a significant amount of scar tissue in my right kidney. I would like to know what oils/blends and how i should take these if possible to help  1. Remove or minimise scar tissue if possible, 2. Help regain kidney function 3. Improve overall kidney health.

Also if anyone is familiar with this and has any suggestions on dietary suggestions to further help this would be greatly appreciated.

I will be researching myself further but would like the input of those who have experienced or are experiencing this or have general knowledge of this.
