Charly - Thank you for your response. I've had a full autoimmune/alloimmune workup, as well as checked for thyroid issues. Foster and adoption are both very dear to me. I have 2 adopted children and have fostered over 50 others. I just feel like I am not supposed to give up on this route yet.
