[Everything doTERRA] Dog w inflammatory bowel disease

Do any of you have experiemce or suggestions?  Here is the message:
Cody, now 6 yrs 3 mos is usually a 67 pound vizsla but has  lost 10# in last 3 weeks; lots of diarrhea and inability to absorb protein. "He had a bacterial imbalance a few months ago. This appears to be inflammatory bowel disease. The ruled out pancreas issue and cancer."

Can you give a dog terrazyme, gx or pb?  That is what comes to mind.  What are you opinions?
