Yes. You can definitely put the oils where you think appropriate.

The blood brain barrier is where the skull attaches to spine, head
attaches to the neck, etc. This is where we apply it on the back of
neck. It goes into the hairline.

This is a good spot for anyone impacted by neurological issues like
when MS or Lyme Disease effects the brain.
