Just a word of caution, I still cannot use it late in the day or it leads to insomnia.  Much of what we put on our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream.  I believe it's 60-80%.

Hi Riki,
Thank you so much for that suggestion and congratulations on your wonderful achievement. I will continue to use it that way then as it doesn't seem to create the same issues for me. 

I will be suggesting this to others as well as some people have sleep issues with it too and maybe they can do the tummy rub later in the day instead of ingestion,

I guess that putting it into a roll on would be quite sensible too as it will only release as much as you need.
