Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Is this allowed??

DoTerra has been flooded and have hired extra hands in the legal department to work on this very same situation. I have meetings weekly (actually twice a week) and do events often. I have never had anyone tell me they don't want to buy from me, they want to get it on ebay or amazon. I would be crushed also, especially after spending your time and effort. Start charging $5.00 for your classes and return it if they enroll.

I run into similar problem. I do monthly presentations for big groups of people. They all like the info and oils, but on follow up not many buy oils from me even wholesale recently. I become intrigued and start calling some of them and asking why they don't want to buy oils at good price from me. What I fined out that about 80% of people who attended my presentations, compared Doterra prices with eBay/Amazon and both from them below wholesale, no taxes and half of shipping cost! People today can do comparing right there on iphones. I become very discouraged, to do all the work for nothing and buying myself wholesale oils from Doterra, if I can get them cheaper on eBay. Lets flood Doterra with our letters and survayes about this and make them to do something about this!

I came across this website today and at first thought it was probably ok that they were selling cleaning kits, home health kits, etc, with doTERRA oils. That was until I noticed that they're incorporating doTERRA's name on their labels and in their marketing. Is this allowed? I know this was recently brought up when we were discussing the Peaceful Child Blend, which as I'll reiterate does NOT get marketed with doTERRA in the name of the product. But something about this site just isn't sitting well with me. Here's the site http://www.myessentialoilkits.com

Can someone help me understand whether this is within the policy manual's guidelines?

Also, what is doTERRA doing about all of the sellers on Amazon, selling doTERRA product? It is overwhelming when a friend tells me she bought Deep Blue Rub for $32, free shipping, off Amazon.

Thanks in advance!
