DoTerra has a form for resellers to fill out about being in compliance
with how the doTerra brand can be advertised online. There is a fee of
$1000 that needs to be sent to DoTerra which I guess stays in escrow.
If the online reseller departs from the advertising and selling
requirements they will be dinged $100 dollar amount per infringement
from the $1000.

The form is found on doterratools.com under Tools A-Z United States.
It is called the Online Auction/Mall Agreement form.

I imagine this was created to manage these issues.
