Well, Deep Blue oil has actually aligned my spine right in front of the chiropractor and he signed up right away. It also helps keep your adjustments longer.
Bottom of the feet and on the neck....works every time for me.

EOs are, I don't know of one (yet) that can give a spinal adjustment.  ;)

I suffered from pulsatile tinnitus 3 years ago.  It was awful.  I'd lay down to go to sleep and hear a heartbeat that would be so loud at times.  I also suffered from being really dizzy and nauseated during this time.  I went to an ENT, had an MRI, took antihistamines (I know, boo!) and FINALLY learned that all of these symptoms were caused from one of my cervical vertebrae (top part of spine) being subluxated (out of alignment).  I went to a chiropractor that completely stopped these symptoms within 2 weeks, but I felt significantly better after even just 2 adjustments.

See, that one misalignment of your spine compromises the function of the nerves that go to control those areas.  In this case, sinuses, ears, hearing, etc.  As miraculous as EOs are, I don't know of one (yet) that can give a spinal adjustment.  ;)

However, knowing the importance of the spine to house the CNS (central nervous system) and the correlation between our nerves and every function of our bodies, I totally see the benefits of not only applying oils to the area of concern but to the spine (where those specific nerves stem from) as well.

Besides getting a chiropractic adjustment, I would focus on oils that are natural antihistamines.
