I'm coming in the middle of this conversation but...
You can pay a $25 fee to upgrade to an IPC account so your discount
increases to 25%. I suggest before doing that you talk to the person who
enrolled you. Depending on what level they are at s/he may offer to pay
an additional $10 so they can place you some where that benefits them
more. (There is the option to enroll as an IPC instead of just an
upgrade for $35. When you do that you have the choice of who you sign up
under and where you go on their tree).
You can have an LRP with as a Preferred Member but realistically if you
are doing an order every month of just the Lifelong vitality pack it is
worth it to upgrade.
