Toxicity? Candida or metals? Something is likly the root cause. It's so little info with such broad issues. I've read many allergies including food allergies can be caused by Candida. Honestly without more info. I've no idea where to start. Lemon? It sounds like he needs a detox and a chimney sweep would be a nice place to start so there is no advers relations brought on as the cleaning starts. Zendocrine & TerraZyme & Lemon in water? I'd mucle test & scan him.
Many have found both InTune - focusing & Peacful Child for calm are helpful in the spectrum that I have read. Balance? He sounds pritty out of Balance.
