I ran across this post last night when I was feeling really horrid.  My daughter had an awful bout with the stomach flu several days ago.  Throwing up every 20 mins through the night, dry heaves, diarrhea, all of it.  So when I started feeling nauseous yesterday, I started the capsules recipe you outlined here.  Today is my daughter's 8th birthday and we planned a swimming party.  After using the Oregano, Melaleuca, Frankincense and Lemon capsules every 90 mins or so throughout the evening, plus On Guard on my feet and peppermint beadlets periodically... I slept through the night and was fine today.  I never threw up and the diarrhea was minimal.  

I just wanted to say thanks for all you do for the group!

If he ate something bad he would probably be able to tell the difference, if he is getting the flu there are a couple of ways to get ahead of it.

• Gel cap with equal amounts of onguard, thyme, wild orange and oregano, take one capsule every hour all day, next day every two hours.

If that blend doesn't knock out then use the Oregano, Melaleuca, Lemon and Frankincense following the same protocol. However put OnGuard on the bottom of the feet and drop some under the tongue along with taking the capsule.

 

The key is to be aggressive at the beginning.

I have a someone with flu like symptoms and he's not sure if it's flu
or if he ate something that was bad.  Either way, I was going to give
him Oregano, Melaleuca and Lemon along with Lemongrass, but wouldn't
