Pat, I need your help with further suggestions. My family will be meeting with assisted living staff and MD to go over options for my grandmother. She is getting worse. For the franki, would you suggest taking it under tongue, base of neck, or as a pill? Which would be better for dementia? We are going to try to start her on 1/2 dose LLV so it may be a stretch to have her take more pills than that. I was thinking though that taking the franki under tongue or base of skull would be more concentrated where it needs to go to most (brain!). I really appreciate any suggestions
