Yes I have, its a lot of work and you have to be very clear at to why the move. It can go either way depending on your reasons. I had a girl go to exception and they turned her down, then I explained Fully the reason for wanting the move and it was excepted.
They don't really have time to go back to the recipient and ask for more info. So just make sure you are fully in compliance.
