Re: [Everything doTERRA] Essential Oils for specific blood type?

I have never heard of a list. I did the ER4YT diet for a long time but finally gave up when the kids were old enough to mutiny (lead by their father). All you have to do is say spelt and he turns green. I think all the oils are fine for ER4YT. Even if the plant/berry/herb, etc wasn't allowed they remove the proteins so it isn't the same thing. Besides if you are just using a drop it is such a small amount I can't imagine it would make much difference. When I used to follow it, many people who did it felt much much better. It has made me wonder if that might be one of the components of why candida is different in so many people.

Hi.  I was wondering if there is a list or if it is even possible to have essential oils that benefit a specific blood type group.  I am trying the diet for my specific blood type, B+, and I started to think that maybe the oils would have different effects on different blood types?  I am curious to see what others think.

Have a healthy day!
