Lemongrass and Melissa oil are doing well. you can swallow melissa or diffuse itduring the night.
Put lemongrass right on the lungs. Melaleuka works well also.

Okay, after much denial that I was getting sick, I got the cold/congestion/cough thing that is going around. It has been almost 3 weeks and I am still feeling weary from it. One day I'm good the next day I'm down again. The cough seems to be getting less, but today I woke up with a sinus headache, sneezing and feeling like I just want to sleep all day.
Any suggestions on what oils I should use at this point? I need this to be OVER!
