I've attached what I do so you can see what works for me. In reading
your post I'm afraid you likely have a serious candida issue and you are
probably going to have to manage it long term. If you aren't doing it
already, start LLV it will help with the pain and inflammation. After GX
Assist and you've taken the PB 3X daily for 5 days continue taking 1 a
day indefinitely.
I'd consider taking a drop of Basil and Melaleuca in FCO and apply
behind your ears. If deep blue isn't working try Marjoram or
Frankincense under it. If your neck feels out sometimes Rosemary on it
right before you go to sleep will help it go back.
Unfortunately, candida is usually the beginning of something more
serious. In some it causes hypothyroidism, diabetes, high blood
pressure, fibromyalgia, IBS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a host of
others. It is best to be proactive in the beginning and always be aware
of it so that you don't end up down that path.
