The key to this is your statement regarding your food. If you are going to do a cleanse and continue doing the very thing that could cause or feed you yeast then you will not find success and think its because of the product. When in fact GX and PB are not magic. They only work if you work also. When making a decision to cleanse you also made a decision to change your eating habits. Of course you may already be eating a clean diet, if so I stand corrected in your case. I took the GX and PB three times and then started studying and learning more about Candida. I attended some of Laura Jacobs classes and listened to Dr. Sue and realized that with cleansing comes commitment to healthy life style.
I suggest going completely sugar free (try doing that while being in Disneyland for 5 days), also I chose to also go dairy free. 

If you want wellness there has to be sacrifices.

After completing a course of GX Assist, I'm currently taking PB Assist. I've noticed that some symptoms (the itchiness in my ears) has returned somewhat and my joints are aching. I had a yeast infection after the first round of GX Assist because I didn't start the PB Assist right away (I think). I restarted the program, but have these other issues.   I also did not follow any particular cleansing routine as far as food was concerned, but use Lemon in my water every day (4 drops).  I've used Deep Blue on my sore neck and had minimal relief.  (Even 800 mg Motrin didn't help)  Anyone have some insights for me?  I appreciate the help!
