I've suffered from heavy periods since I was in high school. My fibroids were a definite contributing factor. Losing weight helped some, but since convention I've been using DDR. I wasn't sure what to expect once I started taking it, but one of the best "side effects" was my periods got lighter and 2 days shorter.
