My daughter has the same problem. For her it was an allergy to nickle. Nickel is in many of the metals used in apperal. If something is metal and might come into contact with his skin you can coat it with a clear nail polish. For the rash the most important part is to remove the irritant. We then use lavender and melaleuca. If it was really raw a little frank. It's important to know if its an allergy to the metal. My doctor had shared some stories, one was about a pacemaker that someone had and it would not heal properly.
