[Everything doTERRA] Re: Pituitary Tumor, Acromegaly

I have a good friend that is dealing with this condition.  Have you figured any thing out that helps?
Thanks,

Dena

My husband has a pituitary tumor, that triggers excessive amounts of
growth hormone (GH).  This high level of GH causes a condition called
Acromegaly.  He had surgery several years ago where they removed as
much tumor as possible without damaging brain tissue.  It reduced the
tumor by about 50%.  He has had to be on a shot of medicine monthly
since then to keep the tumor/GH production down.  But, we have been
told that the tumor will probably never go away and he will have to
have the shot ongoing.  He does still have pituitary function, which
is a miracle after they scraped away at it in surgery.  I am wondering
if there is anything that we can do with the oils to help reduce the
tumor/controll GH levels and balance his other hormones.  I have not
been able to find anything on everythingessentials.  Does anyone have
experience with Pituitary tumors?  What can you recommend?  Thank you
so much!!!
