No I have not yet heard back about anything. I asked to return by LLV box and apparently I they forwarded my email onto the department that does refunds but heard nothing as yet.
I am able to take Mito2Max, but it has the exact same effect on me as it does to you. I feel awfully sick when I take them ;( such a shame.

So what was the out come of this my husband and I experienced the runs and cramps. After taking the LLV for several months with fabulous results until the product was changed in June 2012 was when we got the first new and improved. Now we both can't take one of each even and have the cramps and upset stomach.
