She is 5 and has free use of the essential oils that she needs to put on her own legs and hips. Children are intuitive to what oils will help their pain. Trust them.
-- When her mom adds to that the hot pans she has great relief from the pain for a couple of days. Heat a 9x13 glass baking dish in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes, put it on a blanket then rub the oils onto the feet and legs of the person, put thick socks or two thin pair of socks on their feet, put their feet over the pan, if a child, then wrap a blanket around the legs and pan. This helps to warm the bones and joints of the body, thereby relieving pain.
