I have been thinking about kits like this and how it would be a wonderful way to allow someone to experience using essential oils at a starting price point that feels comfortable for them. I've also been thinking that it's probably outside of what it permissible, although I had not explored the question in detail.
I would be thrilled if doTERRA would create and offer some small intro packages along these lines, although I can think of reasons why they wouldn't! So far they seem to have a pretty successful approach to marketing. :)
I expect that anytime they start selling oils with specific uses described, it introduces several more levels of legal issues around what they are allowed to say and not say about their use.
I know I'm not really answering your questions, just thinking out loud. Well, technically I'm not making any actual noise, but you know what I mean...
