I have gargled with oregano and lemon in a little water...about 2 drops of each and it has helped Also a couple drops of OnGuard under the tounge. For a cough, I know you don't have it, but I just used Thyme on my son, rubbed on his chest and it took his cough away. They say to use Thyme and Marjoram but I only had Thyme.. We also use a homeopathic cold med called UMKA which is AMAZING! The LLV vitamins are great in case you don't take those. The Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint is used for allergies so it may help in dyring things up...you use 2 drops of each in either a capsule or in a small shot glass of water. My son has allergies where is nose runs all of the time, this has worked great for him in clearing up his nose....not sure how it would work on a cold but it is a thought....--
