[Everything doTERRA] Re: Helichrysum for tinnitus

I have an ederly customer using the Heli and she uses it 2 plus times a day.  she states at first she could tell a difference and then it started staying loud again she stated she will continue to use it until the bottle is finished.  She has been appying behing the ear and on the outer front of the ear and taping a cotton ball over the ears.  I will take her a sample of the basil and and have her to apply from top to bottom behind the ear then to the chin and then again to the front of the ear  Is this on the outer ear are is it on the skin  before the ear opening ,    Thanks for this information can't wait to let her know.
