[Everything doTERRA] Re: GX Assist and antibiotics

I have always thought that it was a good idea to take the probiotic separated from the antibiotics for a couple hours.  I always make sure that I take a PB a time or two during the day at least two hours between the antibiotics and then I take one at bedtime (after having taken the antibiotic at dinner).  My theory was that the PB would have all night to populate.  That may be a flawed thought process but it always made sense to me...

I am taking an antibiotic for a bad sinus infection.  Of course, this is killing off the good bacteria in my gut, and  I can feel candida returning. GX Assist really helps  kill off the candida, but will it also negate the antibiotic?  Right now I feel it is more important to clear up the sinus infection.
