[Everything doTERRA] Re: Exercise and passing out w/hives

I have heard that it can be linked to a vitamin D, omega 3 or B12 deficiency (which most of the population is deficient in these) and too many acidic foods or overactive immune system, wheat allergy and in-taking protein food or drink before workout.  If it was me i would make sure i was supplementing with LLV or sub-lingual or methyl b-12 and vitamin D3 and omega 3. Also work on healing the gut by doing elimination diet with food journal to see what is bothering the gut.   Probiotics and enzymes would be good too, start out slow to make sure there is no reaction to the vitamins or probiotics.  And workout on empty stomach. You could also try a capsule of lavender, lemon and peppermint before exercise and i would do yoga or stretching exercises so the adrenal glands don't get stressed. (you can lose just as much weight doing yoga and eating clean) Hope this helps

I met a woman last night at a small gathering as we were talking she mentioned that she has been having issue with passing out and gets hives whenever she works out. She has gone to emergency room a few times. The doctors have done tests, but can't figure out why this continues to happy to her. She's getting married year and wants to use some weight before the big day. I want to help her, but I don't have a clue as to what oils to recommend.  She is willing to try them.

On a side note: what can she give a baby that has bronchitis. The baby is under 1 yr old.

Thank you.
