[Everything doTERRA] Re: Eczema Help!

I've been dealing with horrible eczema all over my body for the past 5 months. I went on a gluten, dairy and soy free diet and really watched what oils I use. I then started the doTerra TerraZymme which is a digestive enzyme complex and started using the doterra hand and body lotion (sometimes adding frankincense). My skin cleared right up. I have to admit that after a couple of great weeks I slacked big time on my diet and it came back (not near as bad). I'm back on my diet and hoping it won't take long for this awful skin condition to clear up. 

Oh and for your confidence, try meditating it really does wonders. It is the best thing you can do for yourself!!!!!! Good Luck and keep us posted.

I wanted to try GX assist and the probiotic stuff - but GX has gelatin - I have food restriction bc of religion. So what''s the point... I'm basically living off with these steroid creams and coconut oil - is that really my only solution?

Sorry if I sound ridiculous - I'm desperate for help to find the root cause of my eczema and get rid of it. I wish I had confidence in myself.
