[Everything doTERRA] numb hands and feet from cancer treatments

My neighbor's hands and feet are completely numb (she can't feel them) from her chemo therapy and other cancer treatments.  What oils would be recommended for her to use.  She really wants to feel her hands again.

Would love some ideas.
