[Everything doTERRA] New member

Hi all,

I am fairly new to doTerra and am really loving not only the products, but the support as well. Currently, I am just a (and I'm not sure of the lingo) wholesaler or member(?)....I paid $10 and get 20% off products. I seem to have been able to sustain a pretty heavy monthly purchase order and am thinking of upgrading to LRP. Can someone please explain to me what this means, is there a minimum monthly quota, pros vs cons, etc? I would really appreciate it.
