[Everything doTERRA] Lotus Diffuser Ceramic Disc Replacement

OK, I feel like a complete idiot. My lotus quit working. I remembered
posts about replacing the ceramic disc. I took ALL the screws out of
the unit trying to figure out how to remove the disc. I'm not certain
where one of the screws fell. . .searched old posts, found the link to
order replacement disc, clicked through to order site and discovered
there is a "special tool" that comes with the disc to remove the old
one. DUH. I'm now going to try and put my diffuser back together and
await the arrival of the replacement disc and "special tool"
