[Everything doTERRA] GX Assist and antibiotics

I am taking an antibiotic for a bad sinus infection.  Of course, this is killing off the good bacteria in my gut, and  I can feel candida returning. GX Assist really helps  kill off the candida, but will it also negate the antibiotic?  Right now I feel it is more important to clear up the sinus infection.
