I do er4yt & I actually rely on muscle testing for oils as well as food even though we have a list...b/c even w/in the blood type lists some neutrals may be beneficial & some may be avoids+the list is more like a guide/starting point rather than an absolute (or @ least that is what I gleaned from my reading)...I am type B (don't know +/-) as well &I have been following this diet for approx 3yrs...it has helped me tremendously!
