[Everything doTERRA] Eczema Help!

I have battled eczema most of my life and I know how difficult it can be. I'm so sorry you are having such a difficult time.

You have already acknowledged that your diet isn't the greatest. Finding ways to replace refined and processed foods with fresh, healthy choices is the first step to lifestyle change. I agree with others who mentioned avoiding dairy. Eggs can also be a source of aggravation.

Since you cannot take the GX assist due to the gelatin, you might consider finding an alternative that meets your dietary restrictions. There are other possibilities out there. I haven't had to find one that is gelatin free, so I can't name any, but I'm sure you're not the first person to have this need!

To help your dry flaky skin, I highly recommend golden jojoba oil -- not regular, but golden. There is a difference and since the coconut is not helpful, you may find golden jojoba to be more effective.

You also want to make sure you are staying well hydrated from the inside. Drink lots of water!

The remedy for eczema truly is working on what you take internally. All the topical things we do is really just to help make the symptoms more tolerable.

Best to you!

Yukiko
