[Everything doTERRA] Candida Cleanse

1. Should Zendocrine be used first, before the GX/PB? Or in conjuction with the GX/PB? Oil or pills...how much, how long?

Some ppl think it is better to take Zendocrine for 30 days first b/c it opens up your elimination channels & makes doing Gx more effective.

2. Followed by 10 days of GX Assist?

Yes after completing Zendocrine begin GX & do it a full 10 days...the suggested dosage is 1/3xday but some ppl can only tolerate 1/1x day...listen to your body &if you experience painful cramping after doing 3/day I would suggest you cut that back to 1 or 2/day then work your way up to 3/day. The KEY is only do GX 10 days no matter how many capsules you are able to tolerate;)

3. Followed by 5 days of PB Assist? I use probiotics daily....can these be used continually? But not while taking GX Assist?

Yes follow Gx w/5 days of PB...1/3xday...you can continue to use Pb daily, I take 1/day everyday:)

4. Take LLV while doing this whole process? Or take a break?

If you are already taking LLV I would continue, it will only support your body as it goes through this process.
5. Can I expect die-off? Besides drinking lemon or peppermint water, is there anything else I can do to help flush it all out?

Die off depends on your particular Candida issue...if you think there is a candida issue then you will likely experience it...Drink LOTS of Lemon water to flush it.

6. Where does the DDR Prime come in to play with this regime?

I would begin taking it asap...I did Gx in Dec & I never stopped any of my other oils or supplements;)

Hope this helped!
