Maybe a dairy allergy/intolerance? My breastfed baby had runny/stuffy nose, congestion and thyme, etc wasn't helping. I took her in for eczema and finally found out that she had all these symptoms because of an intolerance to cow dairy, wheat, corn & soy. I switched to goat dairy and limited grains to spelt & rice. She hasn't had the sinus issues since unless i cheat & eat those things.
